How long can I rent a space for commercial storage?

Storage 4 U offers short and long-term rentals depending on what the client’s circumstances are. Rent is monthly unless the customer request otherwise. We do offer lease term discounts for 3,6,9 and 12-month lease contracts.

Does the storage unit include insurance on the items I store inside?

Storage 4 U offers a low-cost insurance on all the items being stored inside the unit. We offer tenant insurance that is sold right out of our office. The insurance is included with the rent on a month-to- month basis.
